Write your article as if you are being pursued and you want to quickly get out of the blocks and move on to a fast finish.
Get the benefits out quickly, write in short sentences and write in short paragraphs.
People do not have the time. Your potential readers have a million things to do today and reading an article that is waffling on and off topic with paragraphs that are barely related to the topic will not be tolerated by the reader.
You have to keep specifically on the topic. The more targeted and narrow the topic the better. Write in specifics and do not generalize. Use facts to support your case. Make your reader smile on time.
